Hop the bus at the free-shuttle stop to anywhere in the valley, including the resort, located in front of the building. A 5 min walk to Hideaway Park and all the wonderful restaurants in town. Plenty of space for a family of four, or a cozy couple's getaway. Come to bike, hike, have fun and take in one of the many festivals. Enjoy all that is offered in Winter Park!!

House Rules

Upon reserving Snowblaze Unit E213, the renter UNDERSTANDS and AGREES to follow all local, state and federal guidelines regarding SARS-CoV-2 and the disease COVID-19 associated with it, please see https://www.co.grand.co.us/COVID19 for further details.
The renter also UNDERSTANDS and AGREES that he/she is responsible for any and all damage to the property (including missing household items) during their stay. The property manager will inspect the condo before and after your stay and will report any damage to the owners. The renter will be billed for the cost of repairs or replacement. Thank you for your cooperation!

RENTAL RULES
1. This unit is privately owned; the owners/property management company/HOA executive board are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs or is acquired while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the renter. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premise.
2. Renters will keep the property and all furnishings in the same condition as when they arrive.
3. People other than those in the Renter party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any persons in the property are the sole responsibility of Renter.
4. Appliances may only be used for their intended uses.
5. Smoking of ANY kind is NOT allowed inside the condo. *There will be a $250 fine assessed for smoking in the unit.
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
8. No refunds will be given for storms or road conditions. Roads in the Winter Park area are well maintained; however, mountain roads can be curvy, steep and snow-covered at any time of the year.

Upon departure, please:
• Place the Recreation Center pass in the silverware drawer.
• Make sure all windows and blinds are closed.
• Turn heat down to 55’ F.
• Throw all towels into bathtub.
• Fill and run dishwasher.
• Remove all perishable food items. Feel free to leave non-perishables in a cabinet.
• Take all trash bags to garbage dumpster.
• Turn out all lights.

Park and leisurely take the elevator up to the 2nd floor where you’ll find this beautifully presented, recently updated studio condo that’s part of the Snowblaze development in Winter Park, Colorado.
Ideal for a couples’ getaway or for a small family, the Crooks In Snow condo is a charming place to stay in the heart of Winter Park that’s within easy walking distance of so many local attractions. Let’s take a look around…

LIVING AREA
Every hiker, biker, or skier needs to put their feet up every now and then and recharge those batteries to prepare for the adventures ahead. The comfy sofa in this studio condo gives you a great place to sit back, grab the remote and relax. There’s a smart TV with access to Roku, so if you do find time to watch, you’ll have plenty of content to choose from.

KITCHEN AREA
For those days when you’re looking to save money or just don’t want to eat out, the condo’s kitchenette will really come in handy. You’ll find all the cookware you’ll need to self-cater for yourselves. And yes, there’s a Keurig coffee maker, so whoever wakes first every morning can get that glorious aroma wafting around the condo. It’s easy to fix snacks and meals here, and the breakfast bar area gives you all a great place to sit and enjoy your creations.

SLEEPING AREA
All that fresh air is sure to leave you feeling ready for bed at the end of the day. And there’s a good quality queen bed with a comfortable mattress and bedding that’s sure to give you a good night’s sleep. If you need extra sleeping space for guests 3 and 4, it’s good to know that the sofa converts into a double bed. A chest of drawers gives you a handy storage space for some of your belongings.

BATHROOM
The condo has a bathroom of course, featuring a tub with shower overhead, wash basin, and WC. Great quality towels provided for you to use during your stay.

ACCESS TO SNOWBLAZE RESORT FACILITIES
Staying here will give you shared use of many on-resort features, including the indoor swimming pool, the indoor hot tub, and the firepit with seating.

PARKING
There’s covered parking on-site which is allocated on a first-come, first served basis and plenty of parking outside. So, if you’re bringing a vehicle, you shouldn’t have any problems finding somewhere to leave it.

Getting around
As there’s free parking right outside, driving to Snowblaze is a great option. But once you’re here, because so much is within easy reach, you could leave your vehicle parked up and walk, bike, or use public transport. It’s up to you! There’s a bus service that stops right outside the building which comes in very handy as the bus can get you downtown, the other side of town and to the base of the mountain in Winter Park really easily.
