House Rules
Upon reserving Snowblaze Unit E213, the renter UNDERSTANDS and AGREES to follow all local, state and federal guidelines regarding SARS-CoV-2 and the disease COVID-19 associated with it, please see https://www.co.grand.co.us/COVID19 for further details.
The renter also UNDERSTANDS and AGREES that he/she is responsible for any and all damage to the property (including missing household items) during their stay. The property manager will inspect the condo before and after your stay and will report any damage to the owners. The renter will be billed for the cost of repairs or replacement. Thank you for your cooperation!
RENTAL RULES
1. This unit is privately owned; the owners/property management company/HOA executive board are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs or is acquired while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the renter. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premise.
2. Renters will keep the property and all furnishings in the same condition as when they arrive.
3. People other than those in the Renter party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any persons in the property are the sole responsibility of Renter.
4. Appliances may only be used for their intended uses.
5. Smoking of ANY kind is NOT allowed inside the condo. *There will be a $250 fine assessed for smoking in the unit.
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
8. No refunds will be given for storms or road conditions. Roads in the Winter Park area are well maintained; however, mountain roads can be curvy, steep and snow-covered at any time of the year.
Upon departure, please:
• Place the Recreation Center pass in the silverware drawer.
• Make sure all windows and blinds are closed.
• Turn heat down to 55’ F.
• Throw all towels into bathtub.
• Fill and run dishwasher.
• Remove all perishable food items. Feel free to leave non-perishables in a cabinet.
• Take all trash bags to garbage dumpster.
• Turn out all lights.
